Renting Your Home

For Rent

Renting can be tricky business whether you are a landlord renting out your property or a renter looking at a place to call home. In fact, unlike a home purchase which has an end point in the form of a closing date (but not always), renting is an ongoing transaction that can change over time. It would be wise to know what your rights and obligations are no matter which side of the transaction you’re on.

This is where I can help.

After 20 years of renting my own properties and representing both landlords and renters in countless deals involving houses and condos, I can advise on the potential pitfalls to watch for when entering a lease and can advise on rental issues you may encounter down the road. But don’t let that scare you. Provided you follow some basic guidelines you may not experience any problems at all!
